Return and Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products that are tailored to meet your exact specifications. Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns or refunds for defective items that fall outside of what we consider normal defects (prints being slightly off-center or within a 1″ clearance outside of normal placement for example are what we would consider normal defects as each product is produced by hand).

1. Custom-Made Products and Size Accuracy
All of our products are custom-made to order. Since they are specially made for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind after placing an order
To ensure you are ordering the correct size, we strongly encourage you to refer to the size chart provided for each product before placing your order. The size chart can be found on the product page of the item you are purchasing. If you are unsure about which size to order, we suggest ordering a blank sample or contacting us for assistance before making your final decision.
2. Defective Items
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective item that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. Defective items include, but are not limited to:

Printing errors

Damaged goods caused during production or shipment

Defects in materials or stitching
If your product is deemed defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
3. Returns Process for Defective Items
If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide a detailed description of the defect, along with photos of the item showing the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, this means they should be un-washed and un-worn. No exchanges or refunds will be issues for items that have been washed or show signs of being worn. Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will process the return or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
As mentioned, all custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Custom-made items ordered in the wrong size

Products that have been used or altered

Products that are not in their original condition
- Products that have been washed or show signs of wear
5. Blank Sample Orders
If you are unsure about sizing, you have the option to order a blank sample of the product before placing your final custom order. This allows you to check the fit and style before committing to your customized product.
6. Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns (if applicable) unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. You can also drop the item off at our location as well to save on any shipping costs.
